Support and procurement of necessary resources for implementation of environmental plans, consideration of development of knowledge and skill level of personnel, commitment to observance of all legal requirements and other requirements of environment management system, active participation of all personnel in reducing adverse environmental consequences of activities, development of communication with beneficiaries, and constant improvement in performance and procedures are inseparable parts of the organization’s policies.
