About (ERW) Factory
Production line of ERW factory is located in a roofed area measuring 413 m * 60 m. The roofed and unroofed warehouses of the factory cover areas of 220 m * 30 m and 413 m * 160 m, respectively.
Production line of ERW factory is located in a roofed area measuring 413 m * 60 m. The roofed and unroofed warehouses of the factory cover areas of 220 m * 30 m and 413 m * 160 m, respectively.
This factory produces steel pipes of 8-24” in diameter, 4.4-6.20 mm thick, and 6-18 m long. It also produces steel boxes of 175*175-500*500 mm in dimensions, 4.4-6.20 mm thick and 6-18 m long. Production process at this factory consists of shaping by roller and ERW simultaneous to direct weld seam plus two-step anneals. The factory is also capable to produce pipes based on standards AWWA C200, API 5L and ISO 3183 for water, oil, gas and petrochemical transmission lines, and to produce boxes based on standard EN 10219 for industrial and building purposes.
The capacity of this line is 500,000 tons of pipes and 100,000 tons of profiles per year and its consuming raw material is steel coil. SMS Meer Company of Germany is the supplier of machinery for this line.
