Production lines of the coating factory are located in a roofed area measuring 413 m * 80 m. The roofed warehouse of this factory covers an area of 249 m * 30 m, and the unroofed warehouse covers an area of 413 m * 169 m.

There are four active lines in this factory plus another line which is under construction:

3-layer polyethylene external coating

Solvent-free bicomponent liquid epoxy internal coating

Polyurethan internal and external coatings

Enamel bitumen coating

2-layer epoxy powder coating

3-layer polyethylene external coating

This line is capable to apply a 3-layer polyethylene coating including one layer of epoxy powder, one layer of adhesive, and one layer of polyethylene. Application process is carried out by spraying the charged epoxy and application of adhesive and extruded polyethylene. This line is also capable to apply coating based on standards DIN 30670, ISO 21809 and CSA Z245.21, the specifications of NIGC for water, oil, gas and petrochemical pipelines of 16-100” in size, 6-32 mm thick and 6-13 m long. The capacity of this line is 850 m²/h. Selmers Company of the Netherlands is the supplier of machinery for this line.

Bicomponent liquid epoxy internal coating

This line is capable to apply a solvent-free bicomponent liquid epoxy coating which includes one internal coating layer of liquid epoxy. Application process is made by airless pistol gun. This line is also capable to apply coating based on standards AWWA C210 and API RP 512 for water, oil, gas and petrochemical transmission pipelines of 16-100” in diameter, 6-32 mm thick and 6-13 m long. The capacity this line is 600 m²/h, and Selmers Company of the Netherlands is the supplier of machinery for this line.

Polyurethan internal and external coatings

This line is capable to apply polyurethan coating which consists of applying one coating layer on the inside or outside of the pipe. Application process is carried out by airless pistol gun. The line is capable to apply coating based on standards AWWA C222 and BS EN 10290 for water, oil, gas and petrochemical transmission pipelines with 20-110” external diameters, 8-110” internal diameters, 6-32 mm thick and 6-13 m long. The capacity of this line is 600 m²/h for internal coating and 350 m²/h for external coating. Machinery of this line is supplied by Wiwa Company of Germany.

Enamel bitumen coating

This line which is known as Bitumen Coating Line in Iran is capable to apply enamel bitumen coating consisting of one polymer layer, one bitumen layer, one layer of internal tape, a second layer of bitumen, and one layer of external tape. Application process is carried out by applying molten materials and twisting of tape. This line is capable to apply coating based on standards DIN EN 10300, ISO 5256, and BS 4147 for water, oil, gas and petrochemical transmission pipelines of 8-100” in diameter, 6-32 mm thick, and 6-13 m long. The capacity of this line is 450 m²/h. Safa Machinery Manufacturing Company supplies machinery to this line.

2-layer epoxy powder coating

This line which is included in the Company’s development plan is capable to apply a 2-layer epoxy coating which consists of two epoxy layers. Application process is carried out by spraying of charged epoxy powder. This line is also capable to apply coating based on standards ISO 21809 and CSA Z245.20 and the specifications of NIGC for water, oil, gas and petrochemical transmission pipelines of 8-100” in dimeter, 6-32 mm thick and 6-13 m long. The capacity of this line is 400 m²/h. Selmers Company of the Netherlands is the supplier of machinery for this line.
